I have been a life long journey and student of spirituality. I have also been a life long student of living with chronic pain and working hard to find balance, peace and personal healing. I am no stranger to depression and the overwhelming feeling of worthlessness which I have learned contributes to the pain cycle. I can not count the number of different modalities I have tried but I can I attest to the power of meditation and Reiki to heal the body. I am living proof that healing can occur on all levels of mind, body and soul. I started my personal healing journey unable to stand from overwhelming pain and on 12 different medications to living a drug free and thriving.
